Winship Green Center for Nursing and Rehab is a wonderful facility. My grandmother went to this facility for Rehab, to heal from a fracture. The staff is professional, kind and very attentive to her needs. Her room overlooks the courtyard and is bright and cheery. The staff there all know her by name and are eager to help her in any way they can. She enjoys the food, and has choice in her meals. I can't say enough good things about Winship. I can rest in comfort knowing she is in capable hands!

June and the Winship Green Center for Health & Rehabilitation team have been a welcome addition to the Bath community. I've seen many changes already and I look forward to more of them down the road.
Love the Team I work with, and am proud of the care they provide. From the CNAs to the nurses, Rehab staff, and kitchen staff. There are superstars in every department that provide excellent customer service, have new ideas, and support their peers.
This facility has changed management several times. With each change the staff has turned over, and the quality of staffing has declined from seasoned veterans of senior care and rehab to those just out of school who need a place to work. The new staff lacks patient needs awareness and follow thru that only well-trained staff would know. The building sat in disrepair from roof leaks for years, while all the furniture from leaked rooms was shoved into the dining room, pushing all the patients into the far right corner's use for dining. The entertainment is gone. Those severely handicapped are left alone in their chairs for hours on end, no staff is available to see to them. Food is no longer identifiable or palatable . Bathroom in my friend's room stinks of urine. Onsite doctor finally quit or was fired, not sure which. Head nurse that was the best they had in past five years also left last year. Laundry is never returned accurately and some things are just gone. My friend was injured here and no one knows how she was injured and yet my friend is entirely debilitated and can't move.
